Scoala Ioanid

IPIE is a new international school catering for children from 18 months to 5 years old. It offers an interactive education based on the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with a curriculum adapted for an international clientele.

The building has been designed specifically for the younger age range and it is situated on the edge of the forest with an exceptional creative outdoor environment. 

English is the only language used throughout the school and staff understand that, as children today are global citizens, we need to support them in developing a set of skills that will help them as they travel around the world. This includes respect and understanding of other cultures, creative thinking, collaboration, using initiative and problem solving.

In a warm and relaxed atmosphere the IPIE children will be involved in learning experiences that nurture all aspects of their development: physical, emotional, social as well as academic. These experiences are aimed to allow each child to discover his or her own identity, to develop a positive self-image and to become independent and responsible.
