Padina Fest is a complex event, designed to provide all participants with diverse and fun activities without jeopardizing the natural environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If last year’s edition stood under the sign of ecology, this year in addition to the primary purpose of the festival of nature protection and raising mountain knowledge, Padina Fest puts a special emphasis on outdoor sports and organizes three marathons.

 

Cycling enthusiasts will have the opportunity to explore the incredible trails in Bucegi National Park by participating in Maratonului Bucegilor, a cross courty MTB marathon in spectacular surroundings, at an altitude of up to 2000 meters. The route of about 40 km with a positive difference of 1000 meters will start on Padina Plateau and passes numerous attractions: Bolboci Lake, Saua Dichiului, Valea Dorului, Piatra Arsa, Babele, Cerdacul and Pestera.
